Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

When I originally replaced my bushes for power flex ones the original bar had worn in the bush region, I had to measure using callipers/adjustable and order a size appropriate to the worn bar.
Leading evidence: 'Replace bushes' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace bushes' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.

Suggestion
If your caliper is a little out, use an adjustable spanner to tighten down on the ARB and measure the distance with a tape measure once it's removed from the ARB.
Use callipers/adjustable and order a size appropriate

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I removed my rear anti roll bar this evening. I need new bushes but I'm a little confused as to what size I need. My cars m030 spec and I think it's supposed to be 19.8mm according to design 911's site.
I've measured it at 19mm across the bar in various places but only 18mm at the mounting points. My verniers are a bit prehistoric so not that accurate but I'm thinking I'd need 18mm but these aren't available.
Will 19mm be grand?
Anyone have this issue?

A handy tip infrasilver. I can't see it being that far away though. I'll take the arb with me to work tomorrow. I've another set of calipers there, though they're still analog. I'm going to have a go at making the ends of the bar adjustable. I like the idea of it being a little tighter to help dial out understeer.
When I originally replaced my bushes for power flex ones the original bar had worn in the bush region, I had to measure using callipers/adjustable and order a size appropriate to the worn bar.
If the bush is too big for the bar, I guess that would reduce its effectiveness?
Are you just going to drill additional holes in the flattened region? I have a new set of M030 ARB's waiting to go on so be interested to see how this turns out!
Hi gooey. Ive ordered 19mm poly bushes but I think there might be a little bit of play but this is closest I can get. I might have to come up with a different solution for that. It'd be easy enough to put a sleeve over it, weld it and get a bush to suit the bigger size as plenty are available.
As for the bar ends, yes. I have simply flattened the ends. Easy enough as it's just hollow tube. You need to be careful and get both tends the same, make sure your over all length from the bend is the same distance to the hole. Haven't got round to drilling it yet but I'm planning on leaving 10mm of a gap between the holes.
I've also the lowering springs in so I've no idea how this will all pan out but I'm keen to see
