Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I'd like to try and carry my bike on my 996 C4S Cabrio without having to take wheels off etc and squeeze in the back, I am sure I have seen another 996 Cabrio owner using the Saris Bones rack, although it is not officially supported on the Saris site:

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

This reminds me to ask everyone (now don't laugh), is there a way to fit roof bars/luggage box to the hardtop on a cabrio for winter jaunts?
Alternately is there a bike rack solution for a cabrio?
Hi,
I actually have the same question as Rich1221 and been waiting to be brave enough to ask it

Thoughts or ideas? Cheers
I believe there is a Porsche rack for the cabrio. I think I've seen it advertised on a US website. No doubt pricey but not many other cabrio's will take a rack.
My concern with the Saris on the back would be if the spoiler went up. Not sure if there is a way to turn off?
Thanks for input, I will take a look on US websites and see what I can find...
thanks
RTS for Cabrio, so for sure it's available. Question is how much. There's one on the website for the Targa too.

Item no.: 99680105500
$613.10
Plus UK shipping. I will enquire and let you know how I get on.
Need to find a nice and light + aerodynamic cocoon to put on the roof bars...
Perhaps I should have bought a bigger car :dont know:
It is also listed on the Porsche UK site:

Although, there is no part number listed and my local OPC hadn't heard of it :?
Keep us posted how you get on with the US option. Cheers
