Does anyone know if you can put the RTS on the removeable hardtop, or do you still need to use the convertible mounting system?

does the RTS scratch paint? how noisy is it? at 100mph is it still stable (the rack). i will use it to carry mt. bikes. can thule or yakima trays be bolted on the RTS?

I saw a 996 C4S in the motorway with a "Thule case" in the left ans skis on the right's roof. The car was about 150Km/h (~93MPH) The aerodinamics will change for sure with this setup. ..

i use it all the time but I have the OE Porsche box. I use it for skiing all the time. I can scratch your paint when you put it on or take it off if not careful BUT it does no harm when driving! It does make a lot of wind noise! You need to check the mounting bolts before each trip as they do work themselves out!!!!
