Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hey guys/girls I am looking at changing out my original discs and thinking about DBA slotted as I tried them on other cars with great success. what have others done and where have you sourced them? Not looking for Track days set up but good stopping power nonetheless.

POST 2Original post

Highly recommended. I have put them on my previous MkV Golf GTI and current Audi SQ5. They are very well made and if you get the top of the range model, it is a two part design. So when the rotor is worn in the future, it will be cheaper as you only have to purchase  a replacement rotor and not the hat as well. I purchased them from brakes direct online - comes with free shipping.

That’s what I paid for mine, delivered from Autohaus

POST 6Original post

Bumping an old thread, but looking to swap my disks and pads soon. Are DBA gold still the "go to"? Where is best to order from (a lot of places are out of stock), as I'd need shipping to Perth?

POST 7Original post

Never puchased myself but I notice Spares Box and Automotive Superstore are often advertising them and doing sales. As you say you might have to order them in.
