Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Use little heavier hand' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace lugs' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Suggestion
I will replace the lugs with regular ones and throw the old ones into the mouth of Mount Doom's volcano.

If the outer ring spins, you won't be able to use the 12 point socket.

Weld a 3/4 nut onto the locking lug then use a normal 3/4 socket wrench.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I lost it. God damn it.
My tires are shot and I need to replace them. Went to a Porsche dealership and it's been 3 weeks and they can't provide it. It's an uncommon design. I would appreciate your thoughts.
Thanks in advance.
It's unlikely the wheel lock was made by Porsche. Chances are the original dealership installed it. That actually looks like a good one - the free turning ring on the outside makes it quite theft-resistant, but unfortunately hard for you to remove once the key has gone missing.
This might work:
That's a good one...
@Boristhespyder
- isn't it true.
I went to Suncoast and bought it with a set of 4 locking lugs. This party costed $92. I will replace the lugs with regular ones and throw the old ones into the mouth of Mount Doom's volcano.
I had this happen and the only place I could find a key was in the UK. But they were easy to work with. New key was ~$70. You send them a picture of the nut. My nut was the same design as yours.

Planetarians, the saga continues.
Suncoasts key was not the same key - looked exactly like my pattern, has the same shape, but is thicker. Suncoast agreed to refund.
@never enuf
- I wrote to the UK guys, they don't ship to US due to the pandy. I am in Poland in 2 weeks, I thought that maybe they ship there - not even there...
I am back to square 1. I need to meditate on this. Mig welder would be the way to go. I also have a nice, almost fitting 12 point socket, but would need some adjustment with a grinder.
If the outer ring spins, you won't be able to use the 12 point socket. On keys that have the "internal pattern", say on the head of the bolt, you can sometimes pound a socket onto the bolt with a hammer (the bolts with the non-spinning round outer diameter) and get them off that way. Yeah, I work on Jeeps as well. I use a little heavier hand on those vehicles. Hopefully your bolt is steel or steel alloy so the mig welder will work. I have used that method multiple times as well.
Lo and behold...
I bought a set of $20 twelve point sockets from Harbor Freight, the ones from anywhere else where too meaty and solid 😆
I rented an angle grinder from Home Depot for $19 for 4hrs. It took a few cycles of fitting and grinding 1/2 socket, which was the closest in size to fit inside the damn ring. I hammered it in and took that bitch right off.
Take a close look once again. This is the last time any eyes see those pieces of metal.
I'm going to assume that you will use this new tool to remove the other 3, if you haven't already done so.
I worked in wheels and tires for over 20 years. In my experience, the only thing that wheel locks are good for is to keep the car owner and authorized service people from removing the wheels...
One of the very first things I do to any newly acquired car is to remove any wheel locks and trash or sell them.
