This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I might have an opportunity to purchase a brand new set of Ray's wheels for under $2k. Was looking for advice if these spec's would fit a NB 996 and if the price is right? F:19x9.5 +62 offset R:19x10.5 +62 offset Thanks!

POST 2Original post

There is a good chance the front will rub on the inside even with a skinny tire. No way would I pull the trigger unless I tried them on first.

POST 3Original post

Not sure...you could contact Tirerack or post the same question in the Wheels/Tires section within the General section on this forum. Personally not to keen on 19"s.

POST 4Original post

Front reduces the inner clearance by 31 mm which makes it quite tight. The largest width factory front appears to be the Sport Classics that are 8" with a 52mm offset.

POST 5Original post

rear is good, my guess is the front will not fit at all or will rub badly..

POST 8Original post

I was thinking the same thing! Those will fit just as well as all of the other parts you have bought!

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Folks, thanks for all the info and advice. I guess I'll pass on these. But they sure are nice wheels. For the folks that were interested in them, they're in Hawaii so might not be the best deal when you factor in shipping.

POST 10Original post

they sure are nice. What are the weights of those wheels? Like another member stated, you can mount it on your hub w/o a tire and still check for clearances; Shipping shouldn't be too much to the West Coast. How much would those wheels retail for?

I know Ray's Volk wheels are some of the lightest around but not sure about these.
