I had 4 refuse to quote. I had one quote it, attempt to do it, then rang up and said that they wasted too much film and they were not going to complete the car. So I have the side and qtr windows done, but no hatch cheers

I asked for a quote once and he said he'd need to speak to a few other tinters and let me know. They all said he'd be mad to even attempt it .. that was enough for him to say thanks for the opportunity but no thanks ...

I had a 968 with full tint when I bought it, but needed to get the driver's side re-done. When I was talking to the tinter, I asked him what he thought of the difficulty factor for the hatch glass. He said he was effing glad he didn't have to do it - too many cuts and joins...

I have a feeling @Jason E had his old car tinted? Some fancy new invisible clear tint on the front glass even. Maybe he can chime in.

I used TintMart at Strathpine & they had no dramas with tinting the rear window in my 944.  I did also have them put a clear UV film on the windscreen as I wanted to keep the dash pristine.  They did a very good job.
