You could still see an outline, so I used a color matching polish with a microfiber towel and buffed it right out.

Ya I think I got mine from 986 online, flat black. I used some bug and tar remover to get the excess adhesive off. You could still see an outline, so I used a color matching polish with a microfiber towel and buffed it right out. Looks perfect.

Go to your Porsche dealer. Its just a "968" emblem with the "6" and "8" switched around. That is basically what you get from many of the online stores too. Porsche never made a "986" emblem.
