Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

I would really like to have Bluetooth phone (don't have steering wheel controls) and Bluetooth audio streaming / IPOD control and I never use the factory Nav. Can I pull the NAV/ PCM 3 unit out completely and swap in a newer unit? Would I still be able to use the stock amp located in the frunk? I know suncoast has the install kit /bezel so I guess I am curious if that's all I need besides a new double DIN radio. thanks!

POST 2Original post

Just to be clear - I have PCM 3 with NAV, Bluetooth phone, and Sirius . Really would like an Apple Car Play headunit and still use existing amp and speakers. thanks!

POST 3Original post

I replaced my HU with an Avic 8100NEX (loving it so far). Mine had Bose , so it required Most-Hur. Yours will not. I'd call Loi, at Euro Motorspeed, and ask him what you'll need. Either way, you will need his bezel...so I'd call him to chat. He's a very friendly, very helpful guy. His number is: 877.408.EURO (3876)

POST 4Original post

Pretty sure that the kit Suncoast sells comes from Loi. He lives just up the road from Sarasota.
