Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, Dealer wants over $1k for front pads. Rotors are fine . Think I will diy, any sources for good pads ?  Would prefer oem but I know dealer will gorge on this too. cheers Digger

POST 2Original post

I just did the rears on my 2015 Macan S. I went with Bosch pads which cost me $104 delivered from ebay, and the DBA rear rotors were $380 from spares box. Still had them fitted by my mechanic as I only like working on my old cars

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Ended up getting pads from departs.com.au.  They seem to have some good Porsche parts including OEM that I went for.   I found emailing them is best as not all parts are on their website.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
