Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi All Had my roof down all day yesterday due to the awesome weather. when i got back from a drive i closed the roof and it locked into place and was fully closed but instead of the windows closing the roof unlocked itself and then just continued in the cycle of locking the latch and unlocking it?? get the feeling that a sensor is playing up?? is there a way of resetting the system? is this a common fault with a fix? any help would be appreciated. (i can still close and open the roof i just need to stop pushing the button as it locks into place so the motors are working fine.) cheers.
