Last year they drove my car back home to London after the car was serviced and because of the journey the car was a bit dirty - they offered to pay for my car to be cleaned - I refused but this was a nice gesture.

Just to report that I had a very good experience (again) today with Porsche mid sussex. I called them this morning to book a service on my 996 tt (they have serviced my car from new so they know it very well). The booking went very smoothly. Given the very low mileage (less than 2,500 miles) since the car was last serviced (last year - minor service), they recommended that I go with an annual service. At the end, I asked them to do a major service since it did not have one for the last 3 years and I will put my car for sale very shortly (although from a technical point of view an annual would have been sufficient). These guys are very honest and are very customer focused :thumb: . They have serviced my car from new and although I live quite far from where they are (I live in London) I would not use anyone else

I've always used Mid-Sussex and know a couple of the others locally have too - I've consistently had good service from them :thumb:

Thanks. As I said although I live in London I would not use anyone else than OPC mid sussex for servicing my 996tt. Last year they drove my car back home to London after the car was serviced and because of the journey the car was a bit dirty - they offered to pay for my car to be cleaned - I refused but this was a nice gesture. I have a BMW 5 series as a second car and it is such a pain (I am very polite) to have that car serviced by the local BMW dealer. BMW UK called me once to ask if I wanted to upgrade my car and I said never until they made sure they had a reliable BMW network. A pity because BMWs are very good cars too.

Another +1 for Mid Sussex. I think I posted last year that they were cheapest for a centre radiator change on my car. Also did a gearbox rebuild on warranty for 2nd gear pop out and I had an RS60 for a fortnight, which was great! I couldn't use them recently as I was having some non-porsche bits put on my car but I would always give them a shot at doing work on my car.
