you need to take the rear bumper off to change the hoses and loosen the intercoolers to allow you to fit the samco ones.

Hi ya all just fitted new set of Samco sport hoses to my TT its an X50 car and I thought it was quick. Put the new hoses on, and they are a bit of a pig to fit right. And behold sweet Jesus what a difference car peaks at 1.2 bar and holds .9 just like it did when I got it. on top of that it feels so responsive max boost appears much lower down the rev range and builds up so much quicker even at half throttle. The old hoses that had only done 48000 miles seem so soft in comparision witht the Samco stuff. So much puff wasted from the blowers stretching the old hoses is what it is down to apparently. I definetly recomend this one guys and gals. has to be tried to belive it.

Samco Hoses. Hi Well believe it or not I brought them off ebay about 6 months ago and never bothered to fit them. This week decided to take the front bumper off to clear all the leaves out and removed the rear bumper to fit the hoses. Dont remember what I paid for them but they were brand new and a complete kit for the 996 turbo.

hoses hi there were no instructions in the box I did the diverter valves couple of months ago they are a pig to fit as well and only just fit. you need to take the rear bumper off to change the hoses and loosen the intercoolers to allow you to fit the samco ones.
