I remember the test report with both headers and cat-back (about 22 hp gain reported, as I recall), and I've seen a couple of reports from people who have installed just the cat-back.

1) You will get a HP increase with just Milltek headers, likely somewhere in the 8-10hp range, but each car is unique and the only way to know your results is for you to dyno test your car before and after.

Yes see the AWE article where we did all sorts of configuration testing including Milltek headers with factory catback, etc.

I am planning to upgrade to Milltek headers while leaving the stock catback alone. Would I still be able to get the benefit of hp increase? After installing the Milltek headers, do you get warning lights all the time?

I could have sworn this has been discussed multiple times before but here goes... 1) You will get a HP increase with just Milltek headers, likely somewhere in the 8-10hp range, but each car is unique and the only way to know your results is for you to dyno test your car before and after. 2) No. Some people get an occassional CE light that can be cleared using anyone one of dozens of brands of handheld OBDII readers, others get no CE light at all. No one gets warning lights all the time.

Where is the OBD II Connector? Where is the Connector to be found if I get one of the OBD II / Can-Bus readers?

Look for the purple connector next to the footlight on the drivers side. I assume that the connector will still remain on the drivers side, as it should be withing reaching distance of the driver. You can't really miss it, when you look under the footwell.
