I have alldata diy subscriptions for both my Pcars. I find them very useful and worth the $15.00/yr/car. They have quite a large collection of TSB's listed, so I always check there first before bothering Loren.

If your car (MY99) is under warranty then the answer is a definite yes. If your car is out of warranty it is at the discretion of the dealer and PCNA. When mine was replaced there were no refurbished radios available so they had to give me a new one Either way you get a different radio head. They even reset the stations for me. Oh, and make sure they give you the new radio security code.
