After 5 years away from Porsche ownership Im now happy to say that as of today Im back in the fold .... where can I get a good set of mats for a 996 C4S . Looking for one set of carpet and one set of rubber . Appreciate your help in advance..........thanks Barry
Hi Barry, if you are looking for genuine carpet mats then I found Design911 the cheapest and most helpful, and you will find a discount code on here somewhere for them too.
As for rubber mats, I should think ebay might be a fair bet on those.

I'm assuming it is the front mats that need replacing.
If you ask an OPC for mats they will no doubt try and sell you a set of 4
for the 996, but if you buy a set for a boxster they come as a pair[cheaper].

For carpets search ebay for member "customcarwizard" and sen them a mail saying you want "lux" spec for a 996. Pay by paypal and you will get the best quality deep pile carpets on the market for 45 quid for all 4. They fit my C4S perfectly so go get some.

Thanks GD, that idea was based on buying the cheap taylored mats off Fleabay for £15ish and a pair of 30mm iron on Porsche emblems.
Throw a tea-towel over the emblem lined up on the mat, press hard on the iron & not only does it stick very well but it melts into the pile giving an OEM look...
