Ran into a local cayman owner, he had an 06 and asked how my foglights were. I was like.. Huh fine. He said his turned yelowish brown then rusted inside. He looked at mine and said mine were starting too. They are!!! They are yellowish and faded, the silver coating has lost it's shine. I called Porsche apparently this is a known problem and they discontinued the 06 part #'s they now supercede with 08 foglights. So if u have an 06 check them, I will be getting mine replaced Monday at tischer

if u have an 06 then they must have still had that side avail. The 08 has a slight cosmetic difference but still fits behind the shroud. Tischer showed one left side in the region... they better my window sticker says 12year bumper to bumper corrosion warranty. This is considered corrosion, they aren't chipped on the glass and the metal is rusting. Plus the fact that Porsche discontinued the part and are using 2008 lights says it all.
