Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

I didn't order them and now I want them but I can't change my order.
Leading evidence: 'Replace order' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace order' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I currently own 03 silver/black 996 Turbo but after all
the articles out on Gt3, could not take it any more....
Called dearship today and was able to get their July
production built. will spec as follows....
silver/black, xenon, red seat belts, carbon shifter,
alum gauges, thicker steering wheel, leather steering
wheel, trim in alum, alum door sills, storage compartment logo, porsche crest on seats.. will not
order the pccb or is that a mistake????? Also not
sure if I should order the electric seats option.... I prefer
the drive of rwd vs that of awd.. Turbo is extemely
fast but some how does not feel as agile as my old carrera and feel heavy ... Hope this corrects the problem...

Congrats, I have a May build car on orders. Two suggestions for you to consider:
Don't put any money into the seats, including the crest. Almost everyone is swapping the standard sport seats out for the ROW GT3 seats. If you plan to track the car or even drive it hard, you will want the extra support of the GT3 seats.
Think hard about getting the PCCB. 40 lbs less unsprung weight is a lot and you should be able to feel it in the responsiveness of the steering. Supposedly the early issues they had with PCCB on the GT2 and TT are solved. I didn't order them and now I want them but I can't change my order. It's $8K if you get them now and at least $12K if you decide to retrofit them, so from that perspective they are a bargin.

mrcohanian,
I can relate, I thought the TT was too heavy with too much understeer, and inherently more dangerous that the GT2, because it could lull you into a false sense of capability. (I recognize that mine is a minority opinion). The GT2 demands full concentration all the time. Where I grew up we had an expression "nothing concentrates the mind like a good hanging". It applies when driving the GT2
The GT3 looks to be an awesome car and I look forward to owning both and comparing the two.
Given the relative values, you might want to consider the GT2 for improvement in tactile reponse, and they seem to be a great value out there. Especially given the limited numbers. See other threads.
Also where are all the "future accomplished" GT3 drivers going to go .....the only place the GT2.
Having said that, I intend to buy a GT3 but if 750 (?) is the true production quantity, there are going to be a lot of them.
I think you definately want to go with the PCCB, I have them on my GT2 and think they are fantastic, but noisy at street speeds (oh well!)
Sounds like an amazing car - but get the PCCB. The calipers are yellow, so suggest you do what I did on my 2003 C4S, order the yellow seat belts to match the calipers rather than the red. Be co-ordinated.
