Suggestion
Not sure, since it was all CPO work, might have to have them replace the window regulators as well.

Never having an issues with my 2008, I bought a 2010 CS and have had the auto up not work correctly since day one, both sides even after resetting, dealer replaced both motors under CPO but still have issues about once a week now, not every day now but still not right, anybody have this issue, car only has 15,000 miles, one owner great history.

whats the condition of the window regulators? there are some rather fragile moving parts in there....
