Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

OK, I've searched here and looked in the manual, can't find an answer - so over to the expert area. Is it possible to change the A/C temp display from Fahrenheit to Centigrade? If so how? Thanks

POST 2Original post

On early A/C panels you can change it yourself: Press and hold the recirculation button. Then press the temperature up ("+") button to switch between degrees Celsius & Fahrenheit on the Climate Control Temperature display. On later models it can be done, but you need a Porsche tester.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks guru bloke. I'll give it a try.

POST 4Original post

No problem Nigel. If it does work, you can get some other cool features (pardon the pun). It has been covered before, but see the attachment.

POST 5Original post

I'd say there are almost necessity features. Like the digital coolant temp gauge, in fact I might go as far as to say they were pretty darn hot features (that pun was unpardonable).

POST 6Original post

It doesn't show the oil temp on 1c, but I left mine on and it seemed to count down from 178 :dont know: Any ideas what this might be ? TB

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

"It doesn't show the oil temp on 1c, but I left mine on and it seemed to count down from 178 Any ideas what this might be " Well, for your sake I hope it's not a countdown timer to self destruct............ Am now in Centigrade! Hurrah, Thanks again Richard.
