Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

My Cayman will likely beat the New England spring to Connecticut. I'll keep it inside, but dust is going to look real ugly on midnight blue... Severalof the cover companies I've used before claim 'Not Yet Available.' Any thoughts on covers and availability? John

POST 2Original post

You mean you're NOT going to drive it in a New England winter? (Kidding) Until you can get a decent cover, why not get some new king size soft cotton sheets to cover your blue baby with? Bruce

POST 4Original post

SF, Porsche might have covers, I haven't checked, but I've never like their covers... I got one free from the dealer when I bought the 996 turbo, and I like to cover the car when it's in the garage (yeah, I know pretty obsessive) and Ifound it was scratching the car a little bit... so, I went to the place I usually get my covers from, the California Car Cover Co. and had a nice, smooth non-scratching 'duststop' cover made for it and it's great. that's where I plan to get the one for my Cayman when I get it. I have not checked for their availabilty there yet. brad

POST 5Original post

CCC is the one I prefer as well. It just seemed John was in a hurry.

POST 6Original post

CCC now has the dustop for the cayman available..... thanks for the pointer. I put planet-9.com as the referral source... maybe they'd be a good advertiser. J

POST 8Original post

Just ordered my Cayman cover from CCC and put Cayman Club down as a referral source and told them to check out the site.
