Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Chris w did mine a couple of months back after I'd clipped a kerb In the snow, had it clean for 4 weeks before clipping both offside wheels on a small residential roundabout whilst avoiding some soppy cow in her golf who pulled out on me, makes you sick when you see the damage.....writing this on my new iPad by the way

Had to buy a whole new set, front one was fecked too!!
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Had my Carrera alloys refurbished last week and was so exited to get the car back after a few days that I decided to go straight out for a spirited drive and guess what...... clipped the nearside rear on a fast sweeping bend and scuffed the bl**dy wheel!
Wheel going back in next week to be redone!
Oh no!
My Jag is on 20" Sepang wheels like the one below. It only needs to look at a kerb and it gets scuffed.
Have been lucky with the Porsche on it's 18" GT3 alloys so far and no scrubs.
If it makes you feel any better, this is what happens when you slide sideways into a high kerb in the rain while rushing around trying to get ready for a trip from Edinburgh to Inverness................
BTW, alloys were two months old. Had to buy a whole new set, front one was fecked too!!
I did exactly the same thing 3 weeks ago, they lasted 2 hours and then i got pushed off the road by a van. When i got out to have a look i had a tear in my eye!! It made me feel sick.
got it sorted now and avoid that road at all costs now, i just cant bring myself to go down there.
I fully sympathise with you mate!
Bloody kerbs must have alloy magnets! Had my 19" RUFs refurbed last month and driving back from picking them up took a slip road onto the A3 a little too close and scuffed the whole of the rear wheel about 70% of the rim against the kerb. Got a look that definitely said w****r when I took it back next day. Anyway all nice and pristine again now.
