Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

1999 Boxster, front parking lights, front side lights and the taillights don't work. The rear side markers work. Fuses are good, any ideas? Thanks, Dan

POST 2Original post

Headlight switch. New ones are $140-$180. E_bay has them for $40-50. You can also take your switch apart and clean contacts. The center two contacts lose their tension. If you clean them and pull them back out a little you'll be good to go....at least for a while!

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks, I'll take it apart and tinker with it before I order a new one. Dan
