Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Hey fellas! My boss has a 2004 GT3 RS and got some extra parts leftover after the sale of his car. I was wondering if the following oem parts such as suspension, exhaust, brakes, & wheels would fit my 2002 996 C2 Coupe? Thanks

Quote: except the wheel, which u'll have to roll ur rear fenders to fit. other parts, no.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

yea thats what i figured...the wheels are 18x11 in the rear so fender rolling is required...

POST 6Original post

Bump to this thread guys! I am putting my 997tt back together after some extensive works, I bought this 997 febi guibo and compared it to the old one, seemed the same, so chucked it away... Now I am actually onto rebuild I find that the fit is not perfect as with the OEM one. It has a gap between the metal sleeve and the locating machined hole in the tranny output. The only way to close it is bolt it up then it slightly distorts the Guibo... Not good and I am thoroughly p*ssed off with the car at the minute lol So does anyone know where I can get the GAP01-002 part from? Has anyone else had a fitment issue with the Febi? DO I have the wrong Febi part maybe? or am I missing something... many thanks upload

POST 7Original post

I have 11x18 original GT3 wheels with 295's on with no rolling on my 2000 C2. I got them from Wheel Enhancement and have had no problems with them.

POST 8Original post

u can get away without lowering the car or u have very aggressive rear camber sitting. for Porsche every MM counts.

POST 9Original post

Really? I was told that gt3 parts would fit on the 996 c2? At least that is what I was told with the coil overs but dunno
