I have noticed however that it has a tendancy to set off car alarms, especially to adjacent cars in undercover car parks when I am reversing in.

I went for a bit of a blast in GT4 last Friday night (well about 2 am Saturday) and driving past the retail park in a nearby town at about 5-6k rpm, I was quite proud to have set the SONY store's burglar alarm off.

I have a PSE fitted to my C2 and it sounds fantastic. I have noticed however that it has a tendancy to set off car alarms, especially to adjacent cars in undercover car parks when I am reversing in. Has anyone else had a similar experience with their PSE? Maybe I am a little childish but I actually find it mildly amusing!

No idea what exhaust I had on my previous C4, but it definitely wasn't standard and wasn't PSE... However, it was ace at setting off car alarms - especially on Jaguars for some reason? Made it interesting whenever I visited Gaydon or Castle Bromwich :grin:

HAve a C4s with PSE and it has decided that it particularly doesn't like Lexi (is that the right term) especially the faux Hybrid kind. what is they say about the car taking on the personality of the owner!!
