After several years of good natured abuse from my Vette and BMW buddies, it seems that their chickens have come home to roost. I have handled a boatload of abuse about the Cayman. Comments such as "entry level" and "the Porsche with panties" have filled the air at the cigar smoking -burbon sipping get togethers around card tables and football parties. But now it seemes that he little club racer coupe and it's ragtop counterpart are taking the auto press by storm. Kicking some major @ss like R8s and ZR1s. Leaving BMWs to be scorned as "top hat handling archeticture" among other negative remarks. I will not re name all the recent glowing reviews- you know them already. It seems like the rest of the world is finally figuring out what we knew all along. This is great!! Iam loving it!!!!!!!!!! Funny thing.. The critics are silent and nowhere to be found.

"Porsche with Panties"? Hmmmm. Innovative. I did have a man (apparently admiring in his comment) walk by my car in the parking lot one night at Harris Teeter, mentioning that "your car is built like a beautiful woman". (I presume she wasn't wearing panties.)
