Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Just a bit to cold to run with the top down.

I would love a set for my 996.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

 • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Finaly made it to the mountains of NC to visit the parents over the holidays. My moms C4 cab in Ferrari light yellow... Just a bit to cold to run with the top down. My fathers 993TT in triple black... They were both kind enough to let me take each of them out for the day.

POST 2Original post

Now I know that Porsche can get into your genes . Nice cars.

POST 3Original post

Tough duty, but I guess someone's got to do it!

POST 4Original post

Nice looking 993! Are those Krone wheels? Wish my folks were that cool.... (I still luv ya though mum, if your reading this!)

POST 5Original post

I like your Mom's yellow cab. It does get in your genes. My Mom drove a red 928 w/Gramma on the license plate. Now, my brother has a black 996 TT, my sister an '86 turbo body cab (red on red), and of course I've got my 996 C4 cab.

[quote] VIK: "Just look at those windy roads. Makes you wanna move!!"

I thought of the exact same thing as soon as my eyes went beyond the beautiful 993TT!! BTW, there is reason for the genetic theory above mentioned, since rescent DNA mapping has revealed a specific restriction fragment length polymorphism in a gene in chromosome 9, region 11, called Ferry's gene

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

[quote]Originally posted by Burnham: Nice looking 993! Are those Krone wheels?

Sorry for the delay... been out of town for a few days. The wheels on the TT are Fiske FM10's. I would love a set for my 996. The cars were great to drive up in the mountains. The TT photo was taken off the Blue Ridge Parkway between Linville and Blowing Rock, and the 996 photo is off of 221 between Linville and Blowing Rock. IT was nice to drive the cars they were meant to be driven. The roads in Florida are so boring. As far as the genetic theory goes... the apple does not fall far from the tree.
