Took my Cayman into the Dealership to get a rear brake light bulb replaced (free) and when I got the car back the radio would turn on but no sound would come out and it was just frozen saying PORSCHE the way it does when it just starts up.

The tech said, when they replace the lightbulb they hooked my car up to the Porsche diagnostic computer (not sure why they needed to do this for just a bulb) but he thinks apparently the computer jammed the radio so he pulled a fuse and the radio reset.

Not really a complaint just a silly story. Took my Cayman into the Dealership to get a rear brake light bulb replaced (free) and when I got the car back the radio would turn on but no sound would come out and it was just frozen saying PORSCHE the way it does when it just starts up. The tech said, when they replace the lightbulb they hooked my car up to the Porsche diagnostic computer (not sure why they needed to do this for just a bulb) but he thinks apparently the computer jammed the radio so he pulled a fuse and the radio reset. Weird. Tech said the computer sends all the info from my car to Germany so they can check to see if there are any recalls for my car or if I've been over-reving the engine. Okay..... Anyway, just thought I'd share this dumb story.
