Hello guys
quick question, I was having a little bit of problem in a spot on my seat, my leather went hard, I put some pics on another thread, S.A told me to put conditioner to moisture for a couple of days, didn't solved the problem, I am going back tomorrow and ask them see if they can replaced the bottom part.. the question is, if they said no, or they tell me we are going to try fixing the seat, I was thinking of telling them what actually is the true, that I bought the car cash, also 2 weeks ago I did referred a friend to them and my friend actually bought a car from them and also had 2 other friends thinking of going and bought a car, so was curious if someone had worked on a dealership before do they actually care?
thanks all
Could you repeat the question??????
LoL yes sorry... sometimes they said they wont fix the thing.. so I was thinking of come up saying that I referred a friend that bought a car a week ago and also I have my 2 other friends wanting to get new porsche
the question was,, if that helps you with your S.A in case he doesnt want to help you out
no questions ask by dealer, excellent customer service, got it fixed.
I'm still not sure I know what the problem is/was. Was it that some part of the leather of the seats was getting hard?
leather was hard, like ostrich looking..
ahh, was it the seating surface or the side surfaces?
it was the middle not the bolster
Wow, weird. It looks like something was spilled on it that shouldn't have been. Wonder what it was?
Strange, glad it got taken care of. BTW,....do you have heated seats?
yes I do have heated seats.. no spills, I do have a king ranch and I think the leather is more delicate, 2 year old and still looks like brand new, my work truck I am always wet and dirty...
Do you know what they did to fix?....replace the bottom? I'm just wondering if a portion of the seat heat grid was not shielded correctly from the factory.
I don't now, he told me has was going to order the part.. probably just the bottom.. but don't know
