I have had clunk noise problem and fixed it by adding pads and readjusting the trunk but again I hear rattle noise coming from passenger-side b pilar or around that area.

Long story short, I had to go out of states for a year and a half for a job and car has been sitting at my friends garage. When I got back I noticed mice nest which looked has been living there for a while. ordered new interior, frunk and trunk carpets, new battery, clutch and flywheel replaced, sparkplug replaced. Here are the remaining problems that needs to be solved asap. 1. I noticed engine check light after the clutch service from the porsche dealership and mechanic tells me i need to replace the o2 sensor. DIY this? or to indeshop? 2. I here squeaks from driverside front when going over bumps especially more at a slow speed. which needs balljoints replaced? Also hear squeak turning stearing wheel left and right (I searched similar symptoms and asked a mechanic) how much would this cost? 3. When I start the car I hear (especially cold start) I hear sharp high pitched metal scratching squeak from engine. I assume it would be start motor problem?? 4. I have had clunk noise problem and fixed it by adding pads and readjusting the trunk but again I hear rattle noise coming from passenger-side b pilar or around that area. 5. The porsche mechanic told me there are lot of underbody rust. What should I do about this? Any experience with rust? Please enlighten me with knowledge guys. Having a hard time.. Really want my car to be loved again.. Help seriously needed. Thanks in advance!
