These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Went out to my garage and found a a bit of a puddle under my Boxster S , probably antifreeze. It's coming from under the drivers side footwell. It's been below freezing, maybe 25F at the coldest. Antifreeze should be at a good level. Car hasn't been driven in about a month. Leak started with in the last week. I haven't been under the car yet to investigate further. Any ideas?

POST 2Original post

Is the windshield wiper fluid reservoir a possibility?

POST 3Original post

Also the outer cowl drains may end up in that area.

POST 4Original post

I looked at this again today and I think the windshield washer tank or plumbing is likely the cause. I looked at it a bit more closely today and it looks like water, not antifreeze, which is what I was most worried about. I found a youtube that showed how to get access to it so that's the next step, hopefully I'll get to it this weekend. Thanks for the clues!

POST 5Original post

As noted above, almost certainly the windshield washer reservoir - found a similar puddle (blue) in the same location below my CS over the summer.

POST 7Original post

if its the washer reservoir, look for either cracks on the tank or the more likely culprit - some of the rubber gaskets around the pump have given way.
