Perhaps a call from someone who has actually spent some money with them would be a good way to get them to run a banner ad, etc.!

Today I ordered my car cover from Suncoast in Florida for $255, Side Markers for $28 for a pair. Tried to order the Chrome exhaust tips but N/A as of today $ 450.

Do me a favor and call Suncoast back and tell them you are displeased that they haven't signed up to be an advertiser/sponsor here. They were going to and now I haven't heard anything more from them. Ordered the side markers from Bumperplugs. The Zaino from Zaino Bros. My dealer seems to have a good bra installer and I have asked that it be installed before I pick up the car on Saturday.
I have does some metal polishing and am going to take a crack at the exhaust tips before I think about chrome.
I am struggling with the radar detector selection. I really do not want anything hanging from my wind shield.

Did they tell if the cover was in stock or not? Emailed them about 3 weeks ago and they said they would fill my order when they actually get the covers. I did received my clear sidemarkers from them though.

It was in stock, but it was a Boxster cover not listed as a Cayman cover. However Rick took the cover into the showroom and put it on the Cayman, with rear spoiler up and down, it was in his words, ' a perfect fit all around'. The Cayman cover was not available yet.

I am hoping that I can just polish those tips out to a nice shine and as far as the leather you are probably right, it would just be getting the leather to match my sand beige.

Russ; Are you going to use a particular metal polish on the tips??? I am going to try the same thing as I found out today that the tips werent available. Decided to drop them, try the polish, then if I need chrome will get it when its available.

Yes there is a polish that Zornet hasused with some pretty good success. He said to use Autosol followed by Mother's Billet Metal Polish. I don't know if we need to use both, but we will probably have to experiment a little. I found Mother's Billet, but could not find anywhere in the U.S. that sells Autosol.
I am hoping someone will have figured it out before I get my car.

Get a weathertech mat for the front and rear. They are small areas of carpet but if you ever need to carry anything that may leak or spill, you will be saved.

Those are nice. I would like to see them in person. I noticed that the footrest alone at $189 cost pretty close to the set at $250. I will think this one over before I buy the Porsche footrest.
Anyone have these from Ruf? Like to hear any comments.

Russ - I’d like to take an in person look also, but that maybe a trick. It seems as if everything I want and or need is big $$$ for my Croc, including a place to rest my foot.

I noticed the standard footrest today in one of the pics from Detroit, and it really looked pretty nice. I will have to see quite a difference for me to put out the cash for the sport footrest.

I am leasing, but with such a low residual Imight buy the lease out at the end. I will not buy any aftermarket accessories that I cannot take with me when I turn the car in. Iam keeping an open mindright now, and the onlything I am really sure about is I WANT MY CAR!
