Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hello, All I know that a lot of people have done center console deletes but has anyone done it with the DSP Stereo package? If so, were you able to reroute the dsp wiring etc. some where else. Did you just unplug it? I include a picture of what it looks like now. thanks in advance. chris

POST 2Original post

Yes--with some work. A guy in Las Vegas has done it by cutting a rectangle into the back carpeted piece of the GT3 kit and inserting the DSP unit. I guess the DSP unit isn't too deep. If you don't mind the extra work--and the extra reach to your DSP, go for it! I love the GT3 delete.

POST 3Original post

Another way to deal with the DSP unit is to simply put it behind the GT3 console. You will not have access to it to change the settings but most who have DSP say it does not do much anyway. You might also unplug it and see if the radio still works. If the radio still works then put the DSP unit in a box for the next owner. Jeff
