Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi guys Any body know how to remove the small black front wheel arch fittings. Thanks in advance

POST 2Original post

IIRC there are two types of black fixings, nuts screwed onto studs and push pin studs which have a pin pushed into a clip. For the former, unscrew. For the latter, use a fine flat blade screwdriver to lever out the central plastic part leaving the outer plastic clip in place, then pull out the outer part.

POST 3Original post

Ideally you need a flat, pronged trim remover tool.

You just swear at them really loudly, then bosh them with a sharp chisel and go to the OPC for some more.
