Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi All, I've had my PCM updated in my 997.2 to the latest version a few months ago and also updated my Samsung Galaxy S4 about the same time. When I try and make a call using the phone, it gives me an error message "Not on registered network". I thought I was always in a poor coverage area when it happened, as I don't use it that often. I've been to my local OPC and it appears to be a problem on the phone end rather than the PCM end as I can dial via PCM without error message appearing. This error message didn't manifest itself prior to updates. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any direction on this issue would be appreciated

POST 2Original post

It is an issue with the S4 mine does it occasionally I don't know why. Although having done the last 4.3 upgrade it seems not to do it now. It's now the wifi playing up!

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'll try rolling back to 4.3 to see if that fixes it.
