I read or heard somewhere that these are one-time use bolts, and that the are to be torqued and then turned a bit more to stretch them for proper fastening.

After 18 track days, I have a crack in the rotor that has extended to the edge and is clearly through the rotor. This happened at a spot where some material had been removed, I presume to balance it. I've ordered new rotors and need to know how much to torque the bolts. Thanks.

Re: Torque and turn... It is correct that they are only supposed to be used once and replaced if you remove the caliper e.g. to change rotors. I have never seen it mentioned that you need to deform them past 63 ft-lbs . . . which is pretty damn tight anyway.
