My last car was a TVR Cerbera and I changed the Bridgestone SO'2 for Toyo Proxi S'1 and they were just in a different league, even more so in the wet, cheaper than Pirelli's, Michelin's and Bridgestone's.

I spoke to my insurance and they have no problem with me changing brands as long as the specification is the same.

Went from P zero assymetricos to Toyos. V V impressive and much less expensive than the Pirellis. IMO fractionally less grip, but much more progressive breakaway, than the P zeros in the dry, but much more grip in the wet. I also thought the NVH was better with the Toyos. Highly recommended.

My last car was a TVR Cerbera and I changed the Bridgestone SO'2 for Toyo Proxi S'1 and they were just in a different league, even more so in the wet, cheaper than Pirelli's, Michelin's and Bridgestone's. Has anyone used these on a 911 before or are there better tyres around for this car. I use the car every day so ultimate performance is not the only thing. Thanks. Brian
