Then just pull the coilpack out of the spark plug hole and replace with a new one and you're laughing.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Does anyone kno if there is such a guide or instructions, as I have been told hat I have a couple of cracked packs on my '99 C2, although not noticed any missfire.
Thanks in advance for your help guys,
Nuri
I've just done mine and it's fairly straightforward.
First, drive the rear wheels onto a couple of blocks of wood about 2" high, so that the rear end of the car is sat up a little. This is so a trolley jack can be wheeled under the sump.
Next, get a trolley jack and jack the car up in the centre of the cross member in front of the engine. Jack it up and put a couple of axle stands under the cross member toards the sides.
Next, you'll need to take off the two heatshields covering the coilpacks. These are held in place with two screws each side. these are on each side of the lower part of the engine, and the heatshields are about 10" long by 4" wide.
You'll now see the coilpacks, and will need an allen key to remove the 2 screws holding each one in place. Once you've taken the screws out, just unplug the coilpacks from the ignition cables by pulling back the rubber boot slightly, and squeezing the connector to release it.
Then just pull the coilpack out of the spark plug hole and replace with a new one and you're laughing.
PS, you could do with double jointed, tiny hands, but if I can do it, you should be OK!
Hope that helps
