Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi, I have some question concerning C2's and C4's... I wanted to know how fast are they in the 1/4mile from people who owns them, not magazines tests. Thank you
Welcome American muscle guy,
The Porsche 911 is not about running the 1/4 mile. It is about so many things you do not understand. Drive one, then you will not ask about 1/4 mile runs......
Good Luck.

I did drive some of porsche cars
. Anyways i know they are not drag cars, but i just wanted to see what times do they get in the 1/4mile? Don't tell me there is no one here that took his porsche to a 1/4mile track. Like M3 and M5 owners they dont have drag cars either, but they still race it in a straight line(1/4mile) and share times. Anyone?
Not to say that nobody ever takes their car to the drag strip and posts their times... you would be far more likely to see lap times at VIR, Road Atlanta, or Sebring.
I know I have seen 1/4 mile times, just not sure where.
I used to take my 928 to the drags. I had a 1990 Saleen Mustang that would run 13.80's all day long. I dont know of anyone who has run a 996. I hope you purchase one! There are some great deals out there.
What's wrong with taking the average of the auto mags to answer your question. They're done by profiessionals..

Because magz said the Cobra 99 should get the 1/4mile in 14.0 at 101 and i did get it in 13.7 at 103 stock, 13.6 with silencer removed and K&N. They said LS1 Z28 gets the 1/4mile in 13.9 at 103 and look what i got out of the car with a catback and intake only. So i assumed some porsche guys are doing better than magz. I just wanted to see ur times guys thats all.
Most of the times I've heard were in the low 13s, though there was a guy , who used to post here,he managed high 12s as I recall.(I have no idea about what mods he had or his launch technique).
But as others have said, Porsches are not drag cars, they're at home on a road course.
