Anyone tried to replace the speakers that are mounted on top of the dash? I've seen the articles on getting those tricky rears out and the door panel mounted ones also, but not a word on the three along the dashboard.... Anyone? Just curious, as I recently had a Kenwood 8120 put in to replace the CDR-24. Now I have bluetooth, Nav, iPod, but the sound quality is just not there with the pesky 2-ohm Bose speakers .... Thanks .:cheers:

That looks great! I want one now! Let me know if you get that sound thing worked out! I have read that is a common problem with this unit. Its just trying to do too many things and lacks the stereo of the stereo. Kind of like a all-n-one printer. I was hoping this was not true!

I put in a Kenwood Amp with my 7120 that pushes all of the speakers except the dash, and the Bose Sub. It is very clear and the sound overwhelms past 70% volume. You might consider this route. I posted pics of the Sub in my front boot with the post about my install. Chad I have pics posted on my 7210 Kenwood install, which visually is almost exactly like the 8210, if you are still looking for pictures.
