I am giving him one last chance, although, I should just delete his account, as he had his location as "UM", which is US Minor outlying islands, when infact he is in Nigeria as I found by running his IP.

Even though this is only 6 months away, it gives you plenty of time to take the car to BMW to get thoroughly inspected if you want that peace of mind.
This is a exceptionally maintained, well sorted, no stories car. I am the second owner of this vehicle. I purchased it in early 2013 from a fellow enthusiast. You will not find a cleaner example of a E60 M5.<br>
This is a Arizona car - never seen snow and very rarely seen rain. I moved to Philadelphia in mid 2014 and has been garage kept and was stored for its first two winters.<br>
Never in any sort of accident. No dents or dings. <br>
Extensive service records. All maintenance, service, and recalls performed by BMW.<br>

Can always redye them. And fix the cracks with crack filler. Pretty easy to do with the seats out. And cheap. Check leatherique website.
Alcantara would be ok. Can get it at gulf fabrics. Do a google search. Not cheap. Any other suede like material no good over time.
