Just had my aircon refilled... it is a 02 with 80t km.. Is it usual that they need refilling within 8 years? Could be a leak of couse, but most likely not..

Yes absolutely. 8 is way over the norm if you want to keep properly chilled.

do not discount a leak as the condensors on these cars are known for clogging up with leaves and rotting the condensors.. check the front to see if they are clear .. but as other poster suggests 8 years is a long time between a regass
