Still got this irritating problem and as I am using the roof all the time now need to have a nother go at understanding it.

I have seen some strange things happen with the rear window and I have noticed it only happens when I use the SmartTOP controls - do you have SmartTOP installed?

Did a simple re-set last night by disconnecting the battery and hey presto window has stopped doing funny things.

When closing the roof or using the rocker switches to shut the window it closes all the way (to meet the main window) but then opens back down by a couple of inches.
