Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

In fact I had some fun with Paint Shop Pro and a pic of my car and the Colours->Adjust->Hue Map command to get it looking Mint Green, Rubystone and Amethyst.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • PistonHeads: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

Amethyst is a dark purple metallic and there's a rather nice RS based down in Devon (anyone here?) which I've encountered on various track days over the last couple of years. As pictured on the right at the front (next to the Red RS) [pic] www.churchconsulting.co.uk/OultonPark/OP1.jpg [/pic] >> Edited by paulc on Wednesday 30th April 14:11

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Aha, I see now what it looks like. In fact I had some fun with Paint Shop Pro and a pic of my car and the Colours->Adjust->Hue Map command to get it looking Mint Green, Rubystone and Amethyst. I still prefer yellow

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Actually, it'd be fun to have the Pantones for all the colours the RS came in, just to see the effect, bt Amethyst is one colour I haven't actually seen in the flesh. With colour replacement in Photoshop or PSP I can take a jpeg of my monster and switch colours on it to see the effect. But ideally would like the Pantone colour number, possibly just teh RGB values, if anyone knows?
