This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Anybody know what can be for problem, ABS not working at all looks like somebody just turned it off, when needs braking I must push pedal very hard. No alarms or warning lights coming on to show the failure. car have only 12000 km, 2008 Year. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

POST 2Original post

When you turn on the ignition, does the ABS light come on for a few seconds? I don't think you can disable ABS. And I don't remember seeing a warning light coming on when activated. Mainly because when I actually need it, I've got more important things to look at.:helpme: I believe that ABS light in the cluster is a system test. Are you saying that you don't feel the pulsations in the brake pedal when you try to lock-up your wheels? Does yours actually allow you to lock-up your wheels?

POST 3Original post

Yes its come on for few seconds and then go off. normaly when starting engine the break pedal must go littlebit loose when pusshing on it, but now I can not feel any diferent after starting engine stays hard how it is. when driving and breaking I can not feel any pulsation and bakes not sharp how was before. I can drive with car but when I push pedal hard its not locking up wheels but stops in longest distanc(wheels are spining all time), looks like vacuum power is gone or something like this. before nothing happened like this. Thanks

POST 4Original post

From your description - something is wrong. It might not be ABS. More likely the master cylinder. Take it to a technician, It is very unsafe to drive. 12000km is very low for a 2008. Has the brake fluid been flushed in the last 2 years? Have you checked your fluid level recently?
