Anybody got any info on options for aftermarket sat nav for 996 C2 tip s I would ideally prefer somethng with bluetooth but not crucial and if it's going to fit in the slot where existing radio/cd is then it will need to have a decent radio/cd unit built in. I'm not fussed about multi CD's or any other gizmos, just a decent sat nav that wont let me down and a decent radio/cd player and like i said if i get bluetooth too thats a bonus. Craig - I doubt you will find a better Sat Nav than TomTom or a similar derivative. Combined CD/Radio units will not give you full post code search or the 3D clarity of a bespoke device. Equally you will pay £300+ for a combined unit and you will get mediocre Sat Nav, standard to poor Radio/CD. Even the Porsche standard Sat Nav fitment is noted to be rubbish (plenty of comments on here) £100 buys you a TomTom with European mapping when you consider the other option even the CD maps will cost ~£70. Add a Parrot phone kit (basic ~£70 - these are fantastic value for money and mute the radio/CD etc) to me its a no brainer.

I also have a trffic pro fitted in my C2. sat nav is excellent and easy to use and the sound is fine as it comes throught the Porsche audio upgrade which is plenty good enough for me. Also the traffic pro I have is identical in design to the original porsche head unit so looks oem
