Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 4Original post

You know they'll go to a good home......... ;-) Melv

POST 5Original post

I am interested as well. They are pretty difficult to find in 944 size and don't fit 911 if they really are 1989 944 turbo 8J front and 9J rear - btw no 911 were fitted with these rims. Thank you in advance

POST 6Original post

Many thanks to Scottster. The wheels look great. Congratulations too on your beautiful CS. Dave, you are drinking on me at Pistonfest! Mike

POST 7Original post

Well I am gonna hang around Dave at PistonFest then, as I stored those wheels in my loft for a month or two, and I reckon my storage fee equates to half a lager

POST 8Original post

And scottster owes me a few drinks for the brake pads I gave him so I will have his drink or two!

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Dom - Are you sure you don't owe me a tonne of beers for storing all your tools for the past two years? Guy - You are indeed owed beer.

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Mikey, Glad they look good, gonna chuck a piccie up here of the car sporting it's new rims? Dave

POST 11 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

....true, but they're nothing special. I have a set of four 928 slot wheels stored in my Dad's garage that he wants to clear soon. They're not the sexiest wheels but they are round and original. (Came off my old 944 Turbo). No tyres and free to the first reply - or whoever has the fittest missus, offers me the most pints, tells me I'm the greatest, supports Chelsea........
