Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Planet-9: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 5Original post

I spoke to NAV-TV who were really good - it has been narrowed down to most likely a firmware update to V 1024 or less likely a conflict with my Denison Ipod adapter. Will update F/W over the weekend and post the results!

POST 7Original post

Fixed! Updated to latest software from NAV-TV and it came to life.

POST 8Original post

Good news! What did you have to do to update the SW?

POST 9Original post

downloaded it from the Nav-TV site - they have a good site and you then need to also download the updater then connect it to your nav-tv unit via the USB cable.
