Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

19 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Are there any Greek rennlist members or members residing in Greece?? Please show up!!

POST 2Original post

Yasou Kostas, Lewis Cronis (Elias Chronopoulos) from Boston, MA.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Elia, glad to read a message from a Greek rennlist member. I live in Athens and currently own a 996 coupe tiptronic. Are you a first, second or third generation Greek-american? regards Kostas

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi again Elia, As I told you in the last message I live in Athens, but my family originates from the island of Lesvos, a place called Kalloni. Lots of people from this village, amongst them quite a few relatives have immigrated to the US, most of them in the area near Boston MASS. As a matter of fact a small town called Haverhill is where most of them reside. I am 52 years old, have a son aged 24 and a daughter aged 14. I am professional Engineer by profession. I like cars and have owned many fast cars in the past, subarus, mitsubishi evos, bmw m3s, but the porsche is a porsche. I only bought my first porsche (a boxster) in 1999, because as you may know porsches are extremely expensive in our country, so I could only afford one when I reached a certain professional status. I now have a 996 coupe and really enjoy it very much. How do you like your 996 turbo? I guess it must be great to own one. I currently cannot afford one in our country, but who knows. Best regards Kostas

POST 6Original post

Been through the good, bad , and ugly!! Got a baby boy on the way. ETA on junior,....on CHRISTMAS DAY. I hope,...... the NEXT Schumacher ! Theo

POST 7Original post

Half greek here, 2nd generation american...Richard Siomporas (yeah...richard is a real greek sounding name, huh?)...most of my greek relatives come from the hills in northern greece near macedonia...so basically I am decendent from a bunch of goat hearding hill billies, but its all gravy.

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi there Theo (I guess Thodoros)and Richard (mymymy that's a cool Greek name). I guess you already know almost everything about me from my previous post (except that I love fasolada - I hope you know what that is). I hope we can organise a get-together with our porsches sometime. Geia sas from Athens

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

And Theo, my best wishes for your expected baby Kostas

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

And (2) Theo, new Schumacher sounds like a good idea from salary point of view. you can probably get an early retirement under these circumstances.. Kostas

POST 11Original post

Ella Kosta. Thank you for your wishes for the baby. With my wife being from Colombia,(Montoya issue), she goes to remind me that Schuy at JP 's current age, did not have the RAW driver feel and aggresiveness like JP. Juan Pablo could easily pass the $$$$$ figures of Schuy if he achieves or passes his current records. But, we all know the soap opera that is F1. Would I use JP or Schuy to " groom " my kid ? Really, who knows. I hope he arrives healthy first, test drive him in his PORSCHE STROLLER and go from there. Theo

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Theo, Yes, health is my first wish for your expected next generation Shuey or JP, whatever, and happiness. Now as far as JP is concerned, I personally support him along with Kimi, primarily because I am fed up with Shuey-Ferrari. I think, though, that he lacks maturity and a top class team. Kostas

POST 13Original post

You are right. He does lack some maturity. But so did Schuy at that age. As for a good team. Well,..... I'll say this much, in 2 years JP's and Rubins contracts will expire. Micheal will more than likely retire, Ferrari will want to be dominant again. JP driving for Scuderia red! Theo

Ela Nikolae, Good news from both ends: 1. I now own (again) a Porsche after a short "drought" period. This time it is a 996 coupe tiptronic year 1999 - colour is ocean blue. I am really excited. 2. You now have done a lot to your 993 targa. As far as your new business activities is concerned please accept my best wishes for success. Please e-mail me regarding details.
