Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I just had one of my buffer covers replaced due to getting rear ended.

It's what I was worrying about but since it uses OEM hardware...

I'm looking for something that looks custom, but not over the top and uses stock mounts so it is reversible.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I sent them another email to see if they offer other pictures of their rear wing. I'll let you know as soon as they answer me.
Here's another picture I found. I think it looks real nice.

It looks nice, but I want to see what it looks like down. I can only find pictures of it raised.
Having spent a chunk of my earlier career in Aerodynamics and now moved over to the dark side of Finance, with the extreme camber up it looks more like a Gurney Flap than a wing.
I had worked with Bob Liebeck when at Douglas Aircraft:

Not sure how effective it would be and at what speeds...

I remember we discussed this wing from Sarona already long time ago.
Somebody bought that wing and it was ok. Its bigger then OEM, but the problem is, it is to wide, so the wing goes over the tail lights.
I remember also, that the company itself Sarona don't anser emails, so it is a very bad communication and the most didn't order because they are not really serious.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I remember from older threads..
For these unpained aero components, where does one typically go to get them painted? I'd imagine the dealership has the correct paint, but at the same time is stupidly expensive. Thoughts? If I could do the whole thing for less than $500 it would be a no brainer, really.
I just had one of my buffer covers replaced due to getting rear ended. The body shop I had do the work matched the paint exactly. It looks fantastic!
I would guess any paint or body shop should be able to do the work.
@PR-S:
Which Email did you used?
I don't have this wing, I only remembered some people installed that and wasn't really 100% happy, but thought better then OEM.
So if we could see some more pictures from diffrent angles and the company answeres and send the item quick, thats a good alternative to the OEM solution I think!

I bought some OEM Color matched spray paint online for 19.95 a can (Large size) You could paint the rear spoiler with this and some clear coat and it would look just fine ? This stuff looks GREAT!

the painting you could do it yourself. But it always depends what colour your car is and how many years its old. Some colours change during years (example silver met). On those colours better professional can match the best colour.
On all others like black or white you can do it very easy yourself without any problems! You won't see any diffrence!
I don't really have the email since I'm speaking to them through e-bay. Do you know why they weren't 100% happy with the product ? I was also interested in the motor lux and safetech one but I prefer this once since it's a bit bigger and goes a bit to the sides. Also is cheaper. Any ideas or other brands you may know ? Not a huge one though I want it similar to oem.
I'm tempted too, but the wife isn't a fan of it. Says she doesn't see a difference between this and the wing that's on it now.
She wants a GT3 wing on the back of my Cayman, she saw a GT3 at a club run and wants the wing. Surprisingly, she said $1250 wasn't that much for the wing!
The Sarona wing needs alot of preparation work and you need to drill holes for mounting.
Try call them, Email no response!
They say the fitting is good, but MUST be a professional installtion... ?
I like the look of the Sarona wing but would like to see one in person installed before I plunk sown 400 plus painting cost.
I'm looking for something that looks custom, but not over the top and uses stock mounts so it is reversible.
You have this wing? If so,what are you drilling into under the fiberglass surface? ( remember the Motor-Lux wings that had wooden blocks for mounting!) Thanks for whatever additional info you can provide...
I don't have the wing, but I WAS also interested. The problem is, the company don't give really good information and after you ask your question the fifth time and got no answer, you getting doubts!
So I'm still waiting after 2weeks answer about the shipping price to my country and how exactly the mounting works.
I also asked if I can get pictures of the wing unpainted/unmounted, I think this was too much of asking.... ?
Please if somebody have more luck with that company, write it down!
I just talked to them yesterday. They immediately answered the phone and answered all my questions including shipping costs. The wing looks really nice and they said it's primed and ready for painting and fits onto the stock mount. I'm tempted to buy one.
